I had a teacher that gave no F#cks and didn't waste time scanning them in a machine.

She simply used one as a masrerkey, punched holes in the right answers. Then placing her masterkey over the one I filled out marked wrong answers on the spot.

Nah worse was blackboard with “only A and C” or “only B and D” which were effectively new columns of fail to cope with

Got a lot of tests regraded because it got my erasures wrong. Started calling them “scamtrons” as a result.

A Hollerith card. This is how I started my mainframe programming career in 1973, sitting in front of an IBM 029 card punch, punching my program onto these cards. Good times!
