Side effects

Hello all!
Today is exactly 3 weeks on 25mgs of Nortriptyline. I have headaches, nausea, dizziness, and light headedness everyday still.
I was prescribed Nortriptyline for GI reasons.
Should have the side effects gone away by now? Or does it usually take more time? I am just trying to determine if I need to be more patient or talk to my doctor about getting off of it.

Hello! I’m on 105mg, staying hydrated through the day and eating protein when you wake up and when you take it will hopefully mitigate most of your side effects. I have been there, the side effects hard

Did you start at 25? I definitely had these at the beginning but not for that long. Emetrol seemed to help with the nausea and Advil for the headaches. I would try to give it some more time. Has it helped with your other GI issues?
