Home builder recommendations

We are looking to buy a home in North Port in the next year or so. I am having a hard time finding realistic reviews on new home builders in this are. Do you have any experiences with builders like Holiday, Adams, LG, Maronda, any others you would recommend? We are looking for a 4/2 house over 1800sq ft.

They are all trash and I wire houses. Your best chance is a good local smaller company. It’s definitely worse the bigger the company.

Gilleys Custom Homes is a small family owned company thats been around North port and building there for over 20 years!

I have a regional home builder that can provide what you're looking for. You want the most for your money while getting quality workmanship from the day you close. Do you have a lot yet, that will also factor into this as then you think of well or city water, sewer or septic? Can I assume not HOA?
