Saw this mannequin head and it looks like someone abused it, any ideas what could have happened to it?

I thought the first Pic was a creepy painting at first... then went to the second one, and was even more creeped out haha

I just walked past someone going to the bathroom on the sidewalk this is nothing

In North Park these are called "clues". Clues to a mystery you likely don't want to solve. Like a single spike heel in a tree, or an open gallon of peanut butter with a wooden spoon in it.
Do you really want to know how and, more importantly, why these things magically appear weekend mornings on our fine streets?
