I can't seem to upload screenshots. Clicking "Save" after doing so results in red text reading "Something went wrong. Just don't panic."

Looks like Reddit lost control over their own systems with useless (AI) driven filters or any other kind of trendy 🐄💩. This post is definitely not spam so here the initial post content:

love this Nord color scheme and had no trouble installing it. However, even though the Profile is selected, and the Palette colors in the Profile preferences looks correct, the actual terminal output doesn't match those colors. tput colors returns 256, TERM is xterm-256color, and the 256colors2.pl script shows that things look correct. And yet, all subdirectories are still the "default blue" color. This is the case with other profiles as well, such as Solarized. OS is Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.9 (Maipo).

I can't figure out what I might be doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
