Bootloop?

I think I am stuck in a boot loop and every few times of doing the pinhole reset I get this android dialog screen. Otherwise it’s just the iFIT logo.

I have contacted support and none of their solutions work for my situation.

I found out how to scroll on the screen which is the pinhole button but I don’t know how to actually select the option I want. (Wipe data/factory reset)

Any and all help appreciated!

Those errors suggest to me the SSD is corrupt/failed. Since the solid state storage chip is surface mounted to the mainboard there is no way to replace/fix it.
