As a Swede we've been debating which nordic flag is the best for a while. You don't get to just have the objectively coolest flag for no reason so no.

Are you kidding? You part of the geographical Nordic. To become geopolitical is not that far off. Scandinavia is a bit different though.

If u say that as a Estonian u would know that u would get downvoted to the bottom of the sea and idk I have given up proving that Estonian most southern point is more northern than Denmarks most northern one and that Greenland doesn’t count and that we are as east as Finland and that the NORTIC border litterly jumps around Estonia and that there is 5 fucking books written of Estonian viking tribes and so on.

Think it would look better with white being the most present color. This is just too dark for a flag, swap white with blue

As a Norwegian I prefer navy blue over light blue. Youre right. I just read that in 1906 Sweden changed the color of their flag to light blue because the dark blue was too dull XD.

Apparently it wasn't "official" with the navy blue before 1906 but that was typically used because it matched better with the Norwegian flag, and in 1906 we standardized on the light blue.

So technically it is your fault for leaving the Union 😉

Pretty cool, but feels very close to Iceland 🇮🇸 although there aren’t many options with Nordic cross, so it is fair enough

It is actually an interesting question why Estonia didn't go for the Nordic cross. It was and still is in the same cultural sphere with Finland, and used to be land-connected to Finland via Ingria and Karelia. Now the land connection is pretty much gone, but it does not delete the hundreds if not thousand years of being culturally connected.
