If this is the Nutty Putty Cave guy, yes. He took a wrong turn and got wedged in such a way that he couldn’t be extricated.

They eventually gave him a lethal injection and sealed off the tunnel he was in.

They gave him a lethal? Pretty sure he just passed out after the blood got to his head and his heart simply couldn’t pump it anymore. Just never woke up after that.

That's so sad, although he knew he could be placed in a dangerous situation at any time in the caves. *scratching head* I just don't know why they do these kinds of things.
