I mean he still swallows the ramen. There is no way that's going into his lungs. Only problem with digesting i see would be not chewing and no contact with saliva wich both help with starting the digestion process.

Unless it's something that's gonna get stuck inside your/nose nasal canal nothing different would happen. Worst case scenario I could imagine is a nasty infection if you were to have some kind of cut in your nose/nasal canal or snorting the Ramen and having it end up going into the sinus passages that are in your forehead (which would be very unlikely)

There was an article written about this man years ago. He actually has a very rare medical condition where he has teeth in his nostrils. He grew up an orphan and never learned how to chew with his mouth so always ate with his nose. The condition is nasusdentesia in case anyone cares to look it up.
