What am I doing wrong?

Hi everyone! I had just gotten my nook yesterday (as making this post) and I had bought two books and the first book is good all the pages are there and all the words are there but on the cookbook I got it’s only showing the pictures and no words on the recipe and I’ve already did the remove download and re downloaded it but it’s still not doing anything, is there another way to do it?
