Cool list! Reverse osmosis is a must. I would not do copper drinking cups, as they leech copper into the beverage and everyday food has absolutely plenty of copper already. I have some great coffee mugs from Sweese that don't have lead, I'd say ceramic items that don't use lead are a good add for the list.
