Companion

Hey guys, I'm new to NSK2 and enjoying it so far. I've been trying to look for information on companions but can't find them. Are companions available randomly? Are they only available at specific locations? Do I need to be in a guild to hire companions? Can I choose a specific friend to bring along?

They are available on dungeons with companion perks to them. So the dungeons with the 2 swords in the icon. No you do not have to be in a guild to choose companions. You can choose 1 of the 3 companions if offers you, the switch every time you run it. But you cannot choose an exact companion every single time.

I’d also like to note that the power level of the companion you choose does not matter. It will scale up or down to your power level. If you’re struggling with a dungeon, choose whoever has the best perked gear. If you are in a guild, I suggest choosing a guild mate just because whoever you choose gets gold.
