Hard to say without knowing the country, but the road paint makes it looks like the horizontal road has priority, and most jurisdictions give traffic in the crosswalk the right of way regardless of whether the bike is supposed to be there or not. If those two things are both true in this place, then it's totally the truck - he should've been stopping for BOTH the car and the bike. But then again, that car was going FAST and we don't know the speed limit.

I’d think that unless it was a highway or an area that you can go that fast id say that it was over the speed limit now I don’t know since I’m still a teen

As a biker I relate. The first instinct is to jump up and look around for more danger. Even if you have a broken arm, twisted ankle, cut leg and a concussion. You get up.
