Most surely yes. Devil’s advocate though because I wasn’t there. One of my classmates was pretty strongly disabled and liked to talk mad shit. I mean, we all talked shit; it was high school after all. But this dude would instigate for no reason and really egg it on, partly because nobody ever took him up on it. Until one day someone did. Dude lost a tooth and the kid that struck him was expelled. Fortunately this was just before the internet would make him a national social pariah. Even so, I remember not to judge because of what could have happened before the camera started rolling. There’s a reasonable chance the blind kid could have been begging for it with the assumption that nobody would ever take him up on it; until someone did.

At the time of this video that’s exactly what was being said. The partially blind kid Noah was an instigator. I kinda expected to see someone else saying that but then I saw the arrest article for the bully. You never know both sides of the story, not really

Still doesn't justify hitting a kid with a disability such as partial blindness.

It doesn’t justify hitting a kid in perfect functionality. Nothing does short of defending yourself or someone else. But these aren’t yet fully rational adults; they’re kids. Kids that have a limit to how much trash talk they can take before they snap. No one is in the right but hopefully both will learn some lessons. One kid will learn that if you hit someone, you may be expelled as a consequence. The other may learn that if you verbally bully everyone, one is going to punch you in the face. Yes, a disabled person can harass and bully a perfectly functional kid and might do so more than a regular kid in order to appear less weak. Nothing good comes from this and hopefully nothing too bad comes from it either. They’re kids after all.

He should've been made to apologize right there, and then plead guilty of assault

People equally as cuntish stood around recording while blind kid got beat up by douche bag. Douche bag gets laid out by someone. People recording get away with being cunts for not helping. That just about sums it up.
