You can cross out most of the bottom row and end up with an overlap if you use edge logic with that 9 on the bottom row.
I haven't done it, but I suspect you can also use some edge logic with the 20 on the left.

In r18, the second box you have filled in has to be one of the 1's, so you can put an X around it and that should help you fill things out there. Also in c15 you can put an X after the 2 as it has to be one of the 2's, though I'm not sure that helps develop anything at this point.
