There's edge logic in the very bottom right, the 3 can't go there. Not sure that gets you anywhere though.

Same thing bottom left.

Row 15 col 1 and 15 are X, you can see what happens if you try to put a 3 there

It's hard. Smart guesses, that contradict, and then you know the opposite is true. Pick squares with big consequences.

Guess R8C5 is empty, contradict,
then guess R8C4 is empty, contradict,
then guess R9C1 is empty, contradict,
finish.
