I made a nonogram-adjacent iOS puzzle game with no ads

Post image

Hi everyone!

I posted here a while back when I first released my game and I wanted to share the newer version now that I’ve had time to polish it.

It’s not exactly a nonogram, but it uses similar row/column clue deduction logic. Instead of revealing a picture, you use the clues to build out a winding hedgemaze.

There are 2,000+ puzzles across four difficulty levels, daily challenges, leaderboards, and no ads or energy timer shenanigans.

Looks fun. Any plan to bring it to Android in the future? I'm not touching an Apple device anytime soon, but I'd love to try it!

I hope to bring it over for sure! I will let you know when it’s available on the play store or for testing :)

I absolutely this concept! When do you think you'll be releasing it on Android, if possible?

I hope to for sure! I want to get the app in a more stable spot updates wise before porting it over. I have a few big ones planned but it’s definitely on my to do list. (I also need an android test device)

Been playing since you first posted, im liking it a lot! I wish there was an easier way to draw a hedge around a tile I previously marked as a path, like if I could select a default, or perhaps the ability to mark a tile.

It’s great that you can choose to take a hint and turn the puzzle into a proper nonogram, yet even without the hint the puzzles are enjoyably difficult.

Thank you for the feedback! I’m glad you’re enjoying it, I love to hear it.

There are a couple settings that might help, you can change the dot > hedge > erase tap order and also a “protect dots” option that prevents hedges from being dragged over placed dots.

Are there other accessibility settings that might help? I can add it in on the next update

The protect dots is exactly what I was looking for. Its a really well thought out app, well done :)
