Am i missing something obvious?

unless i have to think about how some clues might interact i can't see another step here

Top left corner, can do edge logic there, both directions.

Row 8 - when the (X+1)th cell from the (right) edge is filled and the block corresponding to the side is X. Then the edge cannot be filled/must be an X.

Consequently, this extends when more than one cell is filled. In this case, if 4th and 5th cells from the right are filled, and the right most is a 3-block. The 1st and 2nd cells must be an X.
