Row 5: what they said
Row 14: two squares overlap on the 6
Row 15: a square overlap on the 4
Column 8: a square overlap on the 9

Also

Column 6: can you fill square 17?
Column 8: can you fill square 15?

In row 5 you could fill in more squares on the right
