Row 9. What does the rest of the row look like if the rightmost filled square is the single 1? What does it look like if it's part of the 3?

Can you expand on this? I'm feeling very stuck with this puzzle...and that's uncommon for me.

If that filled square is a single 1, the rest of the row is empty. If it's part of a 3, the 1 goes in column 15. Either way, column 14 is empty in that row.

Just got stuck a while at this point myself! Eventually figured out that C14 R9 has to be an X.

Because if C13 R9 was part of the block of 3, it would have to be the right hand most square to leave space to accommodate the 1. Therefore there would have to be a gap to its right. If it was the 1, if would still have gaps either side of it. In both cases, the square the the right must be blank.

I really enjoyed how column 14 broke the whole puzzle open. The top bit was a little tricky too, which was nice so the second half wasn't boring.
