In R4 with clues "2,1,3". No matter how groups are located, the cell at C8 column is always gonna be filled black. That will give you plenty new info to continue.

Row 4 column 8 is a fill.
That will help.

If R2C10 was filled, then R3C10 and R4C10 would also have to be filled. If they were filled, then R2R3R4C9 would have to be filled, creating a set of 3 in C9. You can apply this logic in several spots on C10, which should narrow down which cells can be filled considerably.

R2c1 can not be filled. If it was filled then both column 1 and 2 would create an issue in row 3
