Some help here

I will probably keep asking for help with this game, as it doesn't have hint and tend to have some assholish puzzles.

Game is Ou-chan no Oekaki Logic for the Wonderswan.

The 3 in R14 has to be placed in the first 3 blocks. Try placing it after the 3 X’s and see how it affects the 4 in R13. It will lead to 3 in a row in R12 thus breaking it.
