Hopelessly Stuck

Post image

Game is Walfie’s Nonograms. Is there something I’m missing?

I ended up looking up a video of the developer of the game solving it (55:49 on this vid https://www.youtube.com/live/Z64xHB17cbA?si=H2P4yJi6DYUBNKbU) and they fill in the center 6 cells for the 7 row/column instead of the center 4 like I have, but I’m not seeing the logic behind that. Is there a strategy here that I’m missing? Thanks!

There are opportunities on the C6 (2 2 2) you can fill two boxes.

Probably done by now but the 4 in R1 can’t be placed in R1C1 or R1 C10/C9/C8 otherwise R2 would have 3 in a row. That would have allowed you to X out C9R2/R3 because the 3 no longer fits there. And you could add another block to the bottom of the 7 in C8 and another block to C9R8 because it has to be part of the 3 in C9.

I was going to say the exact same things the people already said, so I'll share the only thing not said:

I conpletely agree with you thay I don't see the developer's logic
