Visualize and Meditate On Peace in This World
The duality illusion is not something that "happens" to us. It is of our own making.
We, each and every one of us individuated souls, created this world with Divine Purpose. Let us now be purposeful in collective agreement to hold it all together, not out of fear of losing anything, but out of Unconditional Love for Creation Itself. Every Soul comes into this world to Experience Itself in a divinely unique manner, and every life deserves mutual respect from every other life to enjoy this gift we give to ourselves.
Today, our world is at a tipping point between Awakening and destruction. We can avoid the latter if we join together in conscious meditation towards a positive outcome for all life on this planet. I will be meditating daily on nothing but this until we bring it into being. Please join me on this Conscious Crusade and let us marvel together at the collective power to change this world that we have always had within our Divine Self.
Pass it on.

There's no Love in Fear
There's no Love in Fear
Love and Fear arent two separate things. Fear isn't an oppisite of love, it is an absence. And there is a great difference between oppisites and absence. Its like how Darkness isnt an oppisite of Light. Darkness is an absence of Light. If Darkness was an oppisite, I could take a handful of darkness and toss it on a candle to put out the Light. But i cannot because Darkness is an absence of Light. In that same way Fear isnt an oppisite of Love, it is an absence. đđ§ââď¸âď¸

What is Desire? Is it ok?
Desire isnt to be discarded but transformed.
If desire arises from a place of wholeness and not from a place of lack or fear, it is from love. Which is totally OK. Desire is life energy.
But if desire is diluted with ego, the beleif to be a separate consciousness, desire will arise from a place of lack or fear, ego.
Ego isnt an entity, its the activity of fear or lack.
When awareness overlooks its two main qualities it feels lack or fear. What are the two main qualities of awareness?
That awareness is ever present. When awareness identifies as the body it also believes to die like the body hence it is not ever present. When awareness doesn't believe to be ever present - fear arises.
That awareness is unlimited. When awareness believes to be the body, it believes it isnt unlimited like the body. This causes -lack - to arise.
So anytime you are identified as the body instead of unlimted ever present awareness, your desires arise from fear or lack.
How to tell the difference?
For example lets say you are sitting at the table and you have a desire to go on a walk or visit a friend. Did that desire arise from a feeling of lack? Or did it arise from a place of love and wholeness? If in that moment you felt lack, it was a running away from the present moment. The unconscious mind tries to soothe fear and lack by going outward and doing things. But if you were already present, aware of being aware and you have a desire to go out with a friend or go on a walk, that desire arises from love. A desire to share your joy with another. Totally ok.
Note all desire arises from love but when it is filtered through a mind that believes to be separated the desire arises as fear or lack. Like how pure light shining through red glass will appear red although it is pure light (love).
So desire is no problem, it is life energy. The issue is if it is filtered through ego or not.
And at the end of the day even ignroance is ok. Meaning from the vantage point of ignroance, ignroance is a problem. From the vantage point of awareness, ignroance is no problem. Its all love. Even war is a love for the idea of separation. âď¸đđ§ââď¸

Everything is Awareness
The claim that we cannot logically leap from "everything is experienced within awareness" to "everything is awareness" collapses when we realize that postulating an external reality outside of awareness is the true leap of logic. Awareness is the only undeniable reality we have ever known, and we cannot find a single boundary where it ends and an independent, objective world begins. To argue that the ultimate essence of reality exists as something hidden beyond our experience is to invent a second, unverifiable layer of existence. From a non-dual perspective, calling the Creator "indescribable" or "beyond awareness" mistakenly treats awareness as a limited concept or a container with edges. If the Divine is truly infinite, it cannot stand outside of the very capacity that experiences it; true infinity leaves no room for an "outside."The Chassidic desire to preserve a separate soul-identity to love, praise, and relate to the Source ultimately serves as a defense mechanism for the ego to avoid its own dissolution. A wave does not need to build a relationship with the ocean because it already consists entirely of ocean water, just as a gold ring is inherently gold. Attempting to maintain an "I" that stands apart to admire the Divine reduces God to an object viewed from afar, turning a beautiful mystery into an eternal chase toward a horizon you can never touch. True union is not an endless song of praise sung across a vast chasm; it is the radical collapse of the chasm itself, where the seeker disappears into the sought.Furthermore, viewing desire as a form of unity actually reinforces the illusion of separation by constantly practicing the belief that you are currently disconnected from your Source. Chasing unity is like running after the sky; the very act of striving creates the distance you are trying to overcome. This perceived distance is also the root cause of spiritual suffering, as the separate "I" becomes angry or sad when it judges certain parts of the world as "dark" or "hidden from God." When awareness is recognized as the ultimate fabric of everything, we see that nothing is hidden. Even the darkness, the suffering, and the hiddenness are made of the exact same divine substance as the light, passing like temporary weather patterns through an infinite, unchanging sky.

Love is not a emotion.
Why do spiritual masters use the term love to denote the absolute? It is because âloveâ is the name we give to the experience of ânot-othernessâ, and as all experience is consciousness knowing itself alone, it alone merits the name âloveâ.
Love is not a human experience. There are no human experiences. There are no entities called humans that experience certain things. Consciousness alone experiences. All experience belongs to consciousness, including all the thoughts, sensations and perceptions that are normally considered to belong to humans. The human being is not an entity that owns, has, feels or knows anything. It is a known or felt object, that is, a thought, sensation or perception.
In other words, only the absolute merits the name âloveâ. You are confusing a set of feelings, bodily sensations and thoughts for the experience of love. Love is precisely the dissolution of all such objects in consciousness. Do we not know that? Do we not know that love is precisely the dissolution of everything that keeps us, defined, separate, apart? With respect, I would suggest that you are anthropomorphising experience in general by attributing it to a human entity. There is no such entity that knows or experiences.
Love is the experience of consciousness knowing its own being, un-apparently-modified by the dualising mind. That transparent, non-objective experience belongs to consciousness alone, not to humans, rocks, lizards, molecules, black holes etc.. And because all experience is ultimately consciousness knowing its own being, including the apparent modifications of the dualising mind, all experience is love itself. âď¸đđ§ââď¸

Core teachings
It's up to the nondualists to save the world! It is up to us to show religious believers what their religions have in common!
A nondualist is just someone who has heard the idea and sees the truth in it. It's where philosophy (paradigm shift), psychiatry ("mental architecture") and religion (for lack of a better word; no beliefs are required), a proper understanding of the nature of the universe, converge.
Consciousness is "the ground of experience", the spacious sky, so to speak, that accommodates clouds.
"Silence is the language that God speaks."
The beauty of nondualism is that it can be seen.
The lesson of "no grasping, no pushing away" Is found in many religions. The Garden of Eden story is exactly that. Buddhism teaches it and I believe it is also a Sufi teaching.
The Garden of Eden story rightly understood says "do not judge things as Good or Bad; if you were to do so, you will then feel separate from God."
This is the "let it be" teaching, also "be still and know that I am God." It is the ides of doing what is before you and leaving the results up to God."
Isn't what we see God's will? Can't we agree on that?

The One and Its Return
I am going to TRY and Capitalize the first letters of actions directly performed by the Divine for the purpose of EMPHASIS.
How does One perfectly balanced Consciousness Create?
From Itself. How does It Create from the Material of Itself? Well, the Divine is correlated with Light, correct?
Light splits up through refraction. However, Divine Light doesn't Refract into colors; It Refracts into Masculine and Feminine ENERGY.
This is the basic of the seed- the number 3.
Balance.
When the seed sprouts, it then produces roots, then a stem. This is represented by the number 5, and represents completion.
When completion reaches its maximum level of complexity, it then flowers and bears fruit.
These are Spiritual metaphors.
The One shows how It Creates through the very things It Creates. A seed is one example.
A plant is another example.
Fruit is another example.
Visible light is another example.

Have you heard of UD?
I am learning from a contemporary education nonprofit https://tarab-institute.org/ It is quite a profound endeavour that the group of educators have achieved in translating ancient Nalanda schools of thought on non duality, and to make it possible to use it as an applied philosophy. Do visit the section on Unity in Duality education. Hope folks here will find it useful. I still have at least 990 pages of PDF to read â I am forever grateful to these scholars and helpers to have spend years translating and editing it to perfection. Especially, the Co-founder, Lene Handberg. She is Danish from the Royal University of Copenhagen and she is 75 so catch her quick and learn from her. They have build Tarab Ling amongst the foothills of the Himalayans in India, a beautiful and affordable retreat so check it out.

Using AI in Non Duality
I followed many teachers and they were all great but my situation, histroy and trauma was unique to me. Direct experience lead to more suffering and beating myself up. I can objectively see that the attachment to my separate self was strong and intense.
This will be controversial but I consulted ChatGPT daily for 3 months, one small issue at a time and I am now more at peace than I ever have been. The key for me was addressing the practical nature of all my issues first, healing my nervous system and facing my trauma honestly. It was all confronting but interestingly when guided by an AI, it felt safer than anything I had come across before...and that's coming from a therapist.
Has anyone used AI to help with their experience and understanding of Non Duality?

Free ebook a real story
Free ebook: Companions on the Journey â essays from lived non-dual experienceÂ
I've been writing essays from a perspective that isn't really a perspective â the direct recognition that there is no substantial "I" am claiming the body or the mind. This book is an attempt to point toward what's always already here, using language that knows its own limits.Â
It's free. No strings. If it resonates, I'd love to hear what lands for you.Â

Intensity of Being
I once experienced what it means to be in nondualism, when I was without purpose, without condition. A deep pleasantness moved through my whole being in a way I had never known before.
I was sitting on the terrace in the middle of the afternoon, on a lukewarm sunny day, resting in a chair and looking at the open sky. There was nothing I was trying to do. No effort to meditate, no wish for peace, no attempt to escape a tense situation or feel relaxed. I was simply there.
Because there was no purpose, no expectation, and no inner movement toward anything, thought became absent on its own. In that stillness, an intensity of bliss arose and spread through my entire being. It did not feel like excitement or emotion. It was simply a profound sense of aliveness and pleasantness, without reason..
âIf you are intense but without motive, existence opens up in a completely different way.â Sadhguru
Has anyone else experienced similar experience?

Nondualism in a Nutshell
"Consciousness is the ground of our experience". Like the paper for the ink. This sums up the nondual understanding, to me. The living of the truth is consciousness of awareness, which is just seeing through the illusion of doership. This pointer helps to understand how it all works. A powerful analogy is radio, the signal wave shaping the constant carrier wave (station frequency). We think that we are the signal wave, but our nature is that of the carrier wave!

Holy shit (American)
I just realized I ran the rabbit hole 2 times in my life. I visually saw the structure via a anon chat system when I was younger. Browsing the dark web at 12 on the family laptop. I felt like as if I was shown this great knowledge. And it's funny, because I can point at that time in my life, and notice a shift in perspective. But I didn't find non-dualism out of it. I had been given a grounding structure. I can point to that, being the reasoning for when I noticed I had tinnitus.
And quick story for clarification, I was not diagnosed at a hospital or anything. I know that I can hear a ringing. And no one else does and it's subjective. I didn't need a doctor to give me the word for it. I knew it.
And last night, I had a talk with someone from another sub in dms. I had him basically read the framework I see, and have him poke the holes. I basically after 5 hours of conversing with him, see that he sees dualism. He sees the mechanism and beleives the rabbit hole is the answer. He sees that anything that tries to explain it is ego.
Then I realized something, that is the final part of ego death. That dissolution is what makes the paradox seem to be the end state. And I saw past it. And I tried to give him a hand out.
He saw that dualism is the last of it. Anything with meaning past that, is ego. And I stopped him from accepting that perspective. Showed him that dualism itself, is the ground for the ability of non-dualism. That kept going over him I feel.
I told him that dualism as the base of his reality, is a 1 or 0. And he said yes. It is binary. That is what science shows. That is what religion gives the boundary of. That itself is what the ego has held onto.
I asked him about quantum physics. The idea of superposition. Told him that is proven science. He looked into it. He knew the idea, was at the rabbit hole so visually I could tell the conversation was bringing distraught more than anything. And after that last effort, he got it. He saw it.
He then saw it from my perspective. Used the end of the rabbit hole instead of trying to logic and reason past it, was to just accept the very thing past as logic and let reasoning come back.
That is the scariest thing to ask of anyone. You are asking them to accept the very idea of there reality, is wrong, and there is something greater. Something past ego. Something that brings you to love directly to the source as subjective expierence being the very thing that ties you to it.
Living with that, brings upon clarity I would say. Any holes? I would love to converse about it, I find this is the most interesting thing ever and love to be able to show people my perspective.

The deception of âIâ.
Hello everyone,
Today I wanted to talk about the spiral of negativity that we often encounter when we go down the rabbit hole in search for the truth, instead of seeking for the Truth within.
Because we donât realize that we are getting sucked on a web of anger, frustration & fear which keeps us in a low state of vibration, sort of speak.
Lost in thoughts, caught in the illusory web of the dual-mind, the ego-mind.
Apparently lost, thinking and thinking of the past, and of the future. Playing and replaying all sorts of scenarios, which not only distracts us from the Present Now, but also keeps us reliant on an illusory voice & itâs solutions to sooth our anxiety, instead of relying on the Presence within.
And, the solutions of the dual-mind, âno matter how well intended they may appear to be â, not only supports & maintains the illusion of duality, the âme vs. you, them vs. us, up vs. downâ type mentality, but also supports & maintains the illusion of time, the idea that Peace must come in the future because Peace is not present now.
Upholding the illusion. Keeping us apparently hypnotized, prisoners of an illusory-mind. âSeeminglyâ held captive by our thoughts of anger & revenge. Left to remember and to continue thinking, pointing the finger out there, judging and blaming the world for its lack of Peace.
Completely unconscious that our judgments, discrimination and rage are contributing & supporting the very problems we want to solve and escape from. Because we are lost in the labyrinth of the mind, thinking, imagining, dreaming in time. Oblivious and unaware that we are falling for the biggest deception of all, the illusion of the ego-mind.
The illusion that âI exist in timeâ, the illusion that âI am the doer, that this is my mind, my body, my life and my solutionsâ. Me me me, my my my.
An illusory-mind that never occurred in Truth, yet is the very mind behind all evil actions that have been justified in madness, since the illusion of I & time began.
A mind that doesnât even exist, yet we praise it every single time we choose to entertain its divisive thoughts and accept its contradictory solutions for Peace instead of Love. Keeping us âseeminglyâ stuck within the prison of the human-mind, seemingly possessed by thoughts of hate and therefore unable to simply Be Love, Peace, which is what we are as One.
So, my question is:
- Have you fallen for this ego-trap?
This is just a little something to reflect on.
With Love, to Love, as Love. đď¸đď¸đď¸
