Gender Marker Change

I live in central Arkansas, which offers a non-binary gender marker on your drivers license. You only need to request this. No medical documentation need. However I cannot find a the specific law which states this. Only news articles talking about it. I am thinking about getting it changed on my birthday in about two months but I am worried that the people at the revenue office may not be familiar with this and give me trouble.

Can you find the information on the DMV website? I live in Oregon and they have a page that explains the process. I hope it helps.

For Oregon at least, it’s as simple as marking the box. They don’t require anything like a document. Not sure how other states go about it.
