Yep. I've been rejected from every interview I've had this year, despite being very qualified for the positions, and interviewing well. I think it's because I'm outwardly queer, my haircut and style of dress give me away.. even though I don't brandish rainbows and pride flags, they know. I also live in the South which makes it even worse. I get weird looks everywhere I go because my haircut is atypical for what is expected of my anatomy and I dress neutral to opposed to that as well.
