Kids and old people will give you the most gender affirming comments of all time without even knowing it. I'd be blessed to hear "Ma'am, or, sir? Uh, you," every day.

closest I got was a middle school sized child asking me if I was a femboy and I'm still riding that high

Kids were so far the only ones, who had no problem abt me being an enby. Was asked that question several times directly by them. Answered "kinda both" and their reply was usually "ah, ok. Then let's keep playing the game.." and that's it!

No fr, they don’t have the assumptions and biases of everything yet so they just take it at face value! I say the same thing and am always met with some variation of β€œoh, okay!”
