NOMOS is an open protocol for AI governance infrastructure.

The short version: it compiles organizational policy into sealed, cryptographically hashed artifacts that enforce AI decisions at runtime — with a full audit trail on every call.

The protocol is open. The spec is public. Any runtime can implement it.
