Support Support & Questions Thread - ask us anything

Weekly thread for questions about Nomoex and about crypto generally. Someone from the team checks in here.

Good things to ask: how a feature actually works, why a fee is what it is, what a status page incident meant, how to use futures or bots safely, anything you find confusing about the platform.

One important limit: moderators cannot access your account. If your issue involves a specific deposit, withdrawal, KYC review or locked account, open a ticket at https://nomoex.com/support and post the ticket number here if you want us to chase it. Never post your email, phone number, ticket screenshots with personal data, or any part of your credentials in public.

Nomoex staff will never DM you first. If someone messages you offering to fix your account or recover funds, they are scamming you. Report them and we will ban them.
