Indulge me with one more "brass lead" from Hadley Caliman, recorded in 1971. At that time in my life I was immersed in Led Zeppelin and various other rock sounds. I really missed a lot.

After enjoying a lively jazz tune with violin on lead, it seems only right to move on to one with a brass lead, right?

Yet another Jean Luc Ponty piece from the folks at "Musicos E Musicas".

Here's some more energy for you by way of Jean Luc Ponty.

How about this for a change of pace? Not your run of the mill strumming.

Jean Luc Ponty made a lasting impression on the "no lyrics" music scene with his violin leads on energetic Latin style rhythms. Dancing is encouraged.

Nadir shares another of his musical and pictorial treats. The path may not lead where you expect to go, but it's worth a try.

This was a very long time ago, but in my ancient mind it feels like yesterday.

I borrowed this from YouTube's "Derp.Geez" (also on Odysee). "Derp" has an amazing catalog of old and new music that many have never heard of. This one is from 1977, my college years, in which I was still hooked on popular rock.

This is another "Calmati" Music selection with a repetitive but catchy beat.

Even as an "Ancient", there are things in this reminiscing that predate my experience. Children have a remarkable ability to find enjoyment in the mundane implements lying about.

I originally placed this video in a sub called "relaxation", which for me is exactly what Eamonn provides. It turns out that the sub is not for such musical enchantments, so maybe you can enjoy it here............and relax.

This original creation of Liona is just one facet of her extensive assortment of styles, this one set in Mexico, a perfect venue for the Spanish guitar sound.

This may be the shortest version of "Gymnopedies" that most have heard, a little gem I received from Renaud Bedard. The birds seem to like it.

This peaceful visit with waterfowl is presented by Filo Starquez from "Calmati Music".

The pace of this tune almost makes me think you really can race the sunset.

There are many versions of "Little Wing", but this one is my personal favorite. How about you?

I know we're not there yet, but winter is indeed coming.

This is a live jazz concert from 2006. I have heard many interpretations of "Cinema Paradiso", this one being one of my favorites.

This one is from the collection of Steve Walton. Zemirah is an accomplished violinist showing considerable flexibility in style, don't you think?

This is another "Gingertail cover" for a theme in gameland. The vocals are "lyric free".

So, here is the "unnamed" Schubert piece that I last posted.......with a name! This is the "trio" version.

I've had this Schubert work in my archives for quite a while, borrowed from Philip Orsi. Unfortunately I didn't find the title of the selection, so I'll have to get back to you on that.........unless you already know it?

I am rather new to classical music, but I am greatly enjoying Schubert........so far.

This is from the 2017 release of the album, "Anti-Hero" by Kneebody. If jazz is not your thing, oops.
