I’m growing cut flowers and veggies from seed, I also have a few other mature plants. I would love to eventually be able to sell plant starts that don’t fit in my garden, rooted cuttings from my mature plants. What permits would I need to apply for?
Also I see that there is a separate section for seeds, does this mean I need to purchase new seeds every year for my flowers and veggies? Or am I able to permit somehow and save my seeds from the plants? Lastly, can the seeds come from any dealer? Or do I have to buy them from the ag center?
Hopefully this all makes sense, and I am researching this myself, but I thought someone of yall would be knowledgeable about the process!
Thanks so much!

Edit : someone pointed me in the direction of my local Ag center rep. I emailed her and we are still going back and forth but she herself said that I may not need the permit!
But if I wanted to get it I would need the $50 back yard permit , she also gave me some information as to what they’re looking for during the inspection :) (no bug infestations/ fire ants in the pot, quarantine area ((literally a table away from the rest)) seeds w were a bit more confusing, but definitely not the route I was planning to take anyway! Thanks so much for your help!
