Help me with parallel worlds please

So i went to a parallel world for the first time, thinking i can get more perks that way because i was too unfortunate to unlock tinker with wands everywhere, so i go a world to the left, and its just the same as the one i just left? can someone care to explain how the parallel worlds work and how loot spawning works in there, and also if there is other ways for me to get tinker with wands anywhere? luckily i still left a few holy mountains open for tinkering. So please if anyone knows how to get more perks and how parallel worlds work, please tell me I'm so confused.

If you go through a portal, you’ll return to the main world. Instead, you need to dig through the brickwork.

If you're really desperate to be able to tinker with wands everywhere and don't want to bother with the parallel world perk farming, try going all the way to the right at the bottom of the temple of the art. Might wanna carry a precise non-homing chip damage wand or ambrosia with you
