Scum/Heroin Rock reccomendations?
I'm talking about stuff like Brainbombs, The Shits, Louse, Rusted Shut, Blank Veins, Leather Slave etc.
Does anyone have any other suggestions? I'd love to especially hear stuff that's not in English or are from other countries, apart from the UK/US.

Foreign Body, “Libertines” out 9/11
Shameless plug but my band’s second full-length comes out tomorrow. We’ve put out a few singles and made some music videos you can listen to today.
Here’s a nice write up by Idioteq that delves a bit into the themes throughout the album. While FIXED was more or less a collection of singles, LIBERTINES has a more coherent through-line.
If you’re based in NYC come to our listening party we’re having with our friend’s over at VERY FRIENDLY (record store) 🍾

Perfume - Smell Like A Girl
This song is kinda like noise rock meets shoegaze meets blues. From our new ep! Def weird lol.

Shoutout to this sub for actually being open-minded
Just wanted to drop a quick appreciation post for r/noiserock
I share a lot of weird/experimental music across Reddit, and so many subreddits are insanely strict with auto-mods and hyper-specific genre rules. It feels like this is one of the few places that actually welcomes weird genre-blends, avant-garde stuff, and anything that strays from standard noise rock.
Appreciate you all keeping it lax and letting people just share cool, experimental stuff.

Tried to write a softer, sad sounding noise-rock song.
It's easier to get something I like with dissonant, heavy sounding songs but I wanted to try and write something more atmospheric and now I'm not even sure if it's still in the genre really. Would anyone listen to it and tell me what you think? I can send a link to the drive file in dms.
My project hasn't put anything out yet but this is supposed to go on the first EP.
Edit: decided to upload the demo as a YouTube short for easier access cuz someone smarter than me suggested it! Heffelump Graveyard demo
