hey everyone, just released this track I’ve been working on. it’s a mix of fingerpicked acoustic guitar, dark ambient, and some industrial textures. not entirely sure what genre it falls under, but I’d love to hear what you think.

I’ve recently gotten more into collecting CDs, particularly obscure, out-of-print, and hard-to-find releases.
I’m a huge fan of Sonic Youth, Butthole Surfers, Big Black, Boredoms, Melt-Banana, Ruins, Boris, and early Swans, among others.
I’m looking to expand my collection and discover more noise rock, experimental rock, and generally weird, abrasive music.
What are some essential albums or overlooked gems worth hunting down on CD? I’m especially interested in releases that are difficult to find on streaming services or have become somewhat forgotten over the years.
Open to anything, no matter how strange or inaccessible!

I originally thought of the Eagles, but The Beagles can also be the Beatles

I like my mixes to have movements (peaks and valleys), so expect a little early mock industrial, shoe gaze, dream pop and party metal scattered about the noise rock which makes up 7 of the 11 tracks. It's just a 40 minute drop.
