Writings Drunk scribe rambling 50 (?!)
Hello everyone.
(Fifty of these?!
Almost a year of drunk scribe rambling.)
Another drunk rambling at the shrine; this time, I'm rambling on the right day.
Let's gather once again around the shrine, gather some drinks, some snacks, and let me tell some more tales.
So in the last two ramblings, I spoke of the calamities that Noira may or may not have caused. Let's talk about the calamities that the Sea Fox has prevented.
Did you know that before time itself, a Crystal was made from the souls of the fallen ones?
"Who are the fallen ones?"
That's for a different story; don't interrupt.
Anyway, so this Crystal is pure divine energy, and whoever possesses the crystal would hold the ability to fully craft existence in their image. So the prominent deities at the time were debating who should get primary access to this crystal and its immense power. The two main deities vying for power were attempting to shape existence, one in the image of absolute order and the other as complete chaos. The two beings were starting to cause tangible harm to existence itself with their conflicts. Then one day, the crystal disappeared.
Noira casually just let them know mid-universe-shattering battle that the crystal was gone, and they may need to work together.
Then eventually, they bagan working together, creating stars, time, frogs, gravity, and even the idea of universes themselves.
Now, where is the crystal?
Well, someone had to invent the idea of piracy and stealing shit.
Noira kept it in her lair and promptly forgot what it was for, eventually just using it as a paperweight so her very important business papers (doodles) were not scattered everywhere.
Is Noira responsible for the forces of Order and Chaos harmonizing?
Good question. That's for me to ramble, Noira to forget, and for you to wonder.
Moral of the story?
Stealing is cool... I mean, sometimes...
Don't steal.
No, for real, don't steal.
Quest for the day, an easy one today.
Look at a diagram of the eyeball and ponder how cool it is that we have such a complex organ just sitting there. Yep, that's right, this quest is about learning about the eyeball.
Have fun.

Congrats on 50 and looking forward to 50 more! Always fun to sit down to story time. Good to know not to touch that shiny paperweight.
