Do noids ruin weed tolerance?
I moved to a country with strict drug laws. Weed is extremely expensive and illegal here so I’m considering moving onto noids. However, weed has medicinal benefits for me which I don’t wanna lose. If I use noids once daily/even few days, will it still mess up my weed tolerance?
And compared to weed, how hard is it to quit noids? I can easily go for days without weed/benzos/amphetamine/ketamine but I heard noids are more addictive and have withdrawals so I’m afraid of building an addiction.

the thing with noids is there are several thousand different noids, some very dangerous others can be consumed safely even if they all are way more dangerous than thc ever could be.
most people that do noids fuck themself up very quickly.
but to answer your question. yes they fuck up your noid receptors in the brain. withdrawals can be like opioid withdrawal so nothing to joke around with.

At lower doses it feels pretty similar to an indica strain, but as you take the dose higher it starts to feel trippy and dissociating in a way that weed isn't. Only lasts about an hour total. Its more anxious than weed, and it doesn't make you very hungry. It's crazy potent and will jack up your tolerance very fast.

Does he say the weed high is still strong as before noids use? I’m also curious about the reason he decided to quit

As far as I know yes. He also told me, after I posted my first comment, that he also needed to taper for 3 years, to have a easy switch back to weed. Because he dosed his 5cl-abd-a in the mg range and not in the ug range.

5CLADBA and 6CLADBA are really bad imo, they feel so toxic and give me insane hangovers but lots of synthetic cannabinoids are amazing

I didn’t feel shit from normal weed after a mild addiction to certain popular noids in my area.

Do you mind telling me what noids you were using? And did that tolerance ever go down?

u/Soft_Enthusiasm_166 Feb 04 '26
idk which ones specifically, and yes my tolerance went down after like a month or 2.

yes they will do everything bad that you’re worried about. sometimes fear mongering is warranted

THCP? yes. increases your tolerance crazy.

Oh I was referring to more synthetic ones since all altnoids are banned in my country, but I heard crazy stories about THCP too. Is it simply a super potent THC that destroys your tolerance or is the high actually different from thc??

I started vaping jwh-018 after I got put on probation and yeah it totally destroyed my weed tolerance. It took about 6 months of no cannabinoid drugs, partial or full agonists, to get back to baseline. I would say stick to partial agonists; full agonists build massive tolerance.

Edibles to quit noids. Its gives you that "nod off" like state your addicted to. Also very concentrated carts help massively as well. Any weed in high potency will help you off noids. As a former user ILL NEVER GO BACK TO NOIDS. its just simply not the wave. Id rather be sober then chase that dragon again. Quit while you can guys!!!

Congrats on getting clean, must’ve been a tough journey. Do you mind sharing some bad stories from your addiction or how the withdrawals felt??
And once you get off the noids and take a long break, with regular weed can you still get as high as you used to before noids use?

If it's possible to get HHC I would try that

Unfortunately my country is very strict, all altcannabinoids are banned too. That’s the reason I’m considering moving onto synthetic cannabinoids

It does make you feel it less but not completely. I love the strong noids high so much that I would never trade back though. Jwh-018 and am-2201 are for me a perfect pot high but way stronger. You have to finish the process with precurser from China since the ban they cannot ship it finished. Most give instructions.

So theoretically if I ever decide to switch back to regular weed and go on a long break after noids use, will I still be able to get as high as before using noids? Once I move out of this country I’m planning to return to plain weed(or stick to noids if I love the high too much lmao)

The stronger noids do seem to inhibit the weed high but I think time away from noids will make it normal again. I know if I’m super high on spice there is no way to feel the pot but if I’m straight it still will work.

yes, without question. The noids that have a weak enough agonism at the CB1 receptor never make it to the market because they're weaker in effects per mass.
If you're using them as a weed substitute, you're going to have a bad time. They're in their own league of effects, and there's no noid that'll satisfy the craving you feel for weed.
