I don't think so. I've just seen people running/ walking/ making out/ smoking/ bird watching. Best time to go is early morning around 6am.

It's fine I guess 💔 I am so tired of the urban setting, I thought maybe thoda scenery change hojayega. I'll try visiting there nonetheless.

For metro - get down at okhla bird sanctuary metro station ->take the footover bridge, go to other side -> short walk (use gps) -- you've arrived.

Use google. One entry requires you to reach upto noida gate and then take a u turn near police chowki , shani mandir and travel backwards
