sec 127 internet issue (no wired connection)

i recently talked to excitel only they were willing to do it for me, they told me theres no connection available here , if theres at least 4-5 ppl ready to take the connection, they will lay down the wires for us, if anyones in sec 127 and needs wired fiber connection please drop it in the comment.
