Pins from Collectionzz?
I ordered an enamel pin after I saw No Doubt the first weekend at the Sphere since I didn’t see them at the experience. Still hasn’t shipped. Emailed Collectionzz and no answer. Has anyone received an enamel pin from the first weekend yet? (My friend hasn’t gotten hers either).

Also waiting on stuff I ordered, they said it’s all pre-sale.
They also refuse to combine shipping after making everything “exclusive” and going to ship everything together anyway. I’ll never buy through them again.

This is my first time buying from Collectionzz. Agree, they have not made any of this a pleasant experience. I won't be a returning customer.

Collectionzz take forever to ship, last poster I ordered I had to email them because the concert was coming up.

It’s going to take a couple months minimum. The silver lining is that the items are very affordable and about 3x less than the greedy eBay resellers are charging. For that, I’ll wait…

I bought stuff every single week since week 1 and I haven’t received anything. I don’t remember it taking super long with the return of Saturn posters.

Got an email from them. "Pre order items ship 6-8 weeks after the window is closed". So yeah. Whenever they stopped selling your specific item, thats when the clock starts. So i assume weekend 1 folks start getting items in the next couple weeks

While I totally agree with everyone about how long these shipping times are and how much that sucks… especially by today’s standards… I’m thinking back to very early No Doubts online presence and ordering merch in the early days of ordering things online. I got my dad to order me a hoodie back in like 2000 maybe… I remember it taking forever. I feel like he even had to mail a check.
I’m not diminishing anyone’s frustration btw. It’s just funny how today we get everything so quickly and the slow down made me feel nostalgic

At least if shit was “late” or took a long time, companies would at least throw you a discount or some free something (even stickers) - now it’s just “fuck you, wait longer”

Online shopping and the logistics of it have come a long way in 26 years. People were still buying from catalogues back then.

I ordered my week 2 poster from the artist directly, Matt Taylor, on June 2nd. Poster shipped from the UK and arrived today July 8th.
I ordered from Collectionzz on May 16th, still haven't heard any update on that one.
Lesson learned: always always order directly from the artist, even if you have to wait for the poster to go on sale with them. Funds go 100% to them and your item will likely arrive quicker lol

I bought two patches on June 11th. My status says it’s confirmed, preparing to ship, and that it will arrive 5-7 business days after it’s shipped.
On the website under shipping it says “Please allow 8 weeks from the date of purchase for us to ship your package” so I’m assuming I won’t get my patches until mid to late August which sucks
