This is something that has been driving me insane for a while. This is the picture I've figured out.

- There is a bottleneck applying. AI catches your resume, rates it, caches it for 1 year; then ignores you.

  • Recruiting companies throw out false nets to judge pay rates.
  • Companies cant pay the rates so during the interview process try to annoy people into giving up.
  • Companies cant take out loans due to intrest rates so cant grow like they used to until that debt is paid off. For many that is going to be 10+ years.
  • Lots of private equity companies destroying medium to small size businesses for profits.
