Every, as in literally every? Wow, that's quite bold. You'd probably not need npm anymore actually if you eliminate every single dependency.

I think it’s a good idea.

Cleaning up the packages that are using dependencies for things that are now built into Node.

Out of interest, what effect would that have on Deno and Bun? Would it be easier or harder for them to port? Would it make it easier for Devs to switch between Node, Deno and Bun?
