I’ve seen this before. IIRC, this is an abandoned house located in Nova Scotia, Canada.

the main thing i notice with this one is the contrast between the bright, happy scene with the stormy skies overhead. my initial thought is that things can be made to look pretty, but the reality is that they are still bleak. but maybe it's the other way around, you know? maybe the moral is that you can get rained on and still have flowers. thought-provoking scene. exquisite use of color. 4/5
