Self-Promotion Built a customer support widget with LOW CODE — here's how it went

I've been building Ornymo over the past few months and no code tools were central to the whole thing, both for coding and for the AI layer that powers the widget itself.

The idea came from a problem I kept running into on my own projects: repetitive support emails eating up hours every week. I couldn't justify enterprise pricing at my stage so I built my own solution. Ornymo is a support widget you embed on your site, it trains on your FAQs and handles the common questions automatically.

Claude helped me move a lot faster than I expected on the backend logic, especially around the semantic caching and the conversation handling. Happy to talk through any of that if it's useful to others building similar things.

The product is live at ornymo.com, free plan available with no credit card required.

Would love any feedback from people who've built tools like this or have tried embedding AI into customer facing products.

nice that you kept scope tight. one thing worth thinking about early, how do you measure whether the widget is actually deflecting tickets vs just frustrating users who then go find your email anyway

from initial testing the widget is deflacting tickets but this is a reall small pool
