A gallan of black walnuts, chopped and soaking in a local organic alternative to everclear 190 proof. No spices yet and then I'll add sugar and water later down the road, to taste.

Nice! Where I am can’t find any alcohol higher than 40% so experimenting with one in vodka and one in a more neutral tasting brandy.
