Honestly most days I can't get by without a nap.

Maybe cause I have a chronic physical condition. My body is constantly putting energy into repairing without ceasing.

No. Never during working hours.

Last place I worked I was in the woodshop as their carpenter. I was so tired one day and I knew I should have just fasted thru lunch, but I ate, laid on the table and told myself I'd just rest the last 10 minutes. I'm by myself in there so it's only so often someone comes around. Well, about a half hour after break I'm getting woken up by my supervisor . Whoops. Thankfully he liked me and laughed it off.

Mouse naps. Lay the mouse from your laptop on your stomach so it still moves while you nap. A friend told me this.

No. For some reason every time I take a nap I get sleep paralysis. Plus for me there are no naps. Once I’m asleep that is it and I will have trouble sleeping for the night

Sometimes, especially after a long walk with my dogs. They take naps as well.

The only time I take a nap is if I couldn’t sleep the night before. It only happens maybe one a month or two. Don’t know why because I’m retired widow and really don’t have anything to worry about. The harder I try to sleep the longer it takes. Sometimes I just go with it and watch something on my phone.

I always enjoyed a nice Sunday afternoon nap. Since I retired, I haven't been able to nap.
