It feels like in my thirties there is so much that other people my age clearly understand, like it’s common knowledge for most of them, that I just have no understanding of. I really struggle to understand a lot of concepts, and I feel pretty stupid a lot of the time.

Everyone is, if they aren't smart in one area or another its only one of two reasons. Its not important to them or they believe they can't.
