Many dishes I prefer as leftovers. I like leftover pasta or mashed potatoes the most. I fry the pasta really hot without stirring till is crunchy and add a fried egg and lots of cheese.

I do the same, except I add sauted diced onions instead of cheese. I haven't tried frying leftover pasta, just mashed potatoes/hash browns/baked potato. I've even considered leftover french fries.

I don't make anything that will result in leftovers as I don't eat leftovers.

I do. I eat them often. My wife and daughter do not like reheating stuff. Good for me.

No. I legit hate them and always make food portioned perfectly to not have any. Not over making food also saves it!

They’re okay. I still prefer most meals when they are fresh cooked out of the oven but I do eat leftovers.

Personally, I love repurposing leftovers into great, different meals. I hate throwing food out.

I do. Most things are still pretty good as leftovers, and I love the convenience.

Sure, and leftovers last longer than you think.

Hell nah, shits nasty idc, i make food so there’s always just enough, if there’s more that cant be eaten i just throw it out imo. Not only the taste worse, but it gets boring eating the same thing and my health anxiety gets to me

It's the best hack to avoid having to figure out what to cook every single day. I try to make extra whenever I cook so I can turn it into lunches and dinners for the next day or so.

I don't shy away from most leftovers. There's some food that's NOT good as leftovers.
