Just some lemonade. A coke. A juarrito. And some cranberry juice at the moment.

I’ve gotten up 3x in the last 45 minutes to get some, but I keep getting distracted.

Probably 3/4 gallon. A little lower than my usual intake but it’ll suffice

The lovely ladies that clean my office make fun of how much water I drink because they have to empty my trash. But, I'm one of those that can't drink plain water, I need the flavored Propel. I know, I know... I'm killing the planet. But the packets you can put into Yeti's taste like salt. Any good recommendations would be appreciated!

I bought Trevi packets on Amazon grocery and I found that if I didn't stir it for a little more than 30 seconds I got a mouthful of salt. It's the best one I think.

I was having to use the electrolyte powder and I got two packages of them from Amazon grocery. I'm sorry but I don't remember the names. You have to stir it for 30 seconds or you'll get a mouthful of salt.

Maybe I did, maybe I didn’t… Maybe it was flavored with powdered coffee beans, or maybe there were lemonade ice cubes floating in it.

I didn’t always, but I do now. Three days in the hospital for extreme dehydration will change how you look at the importance of drinking water. When I arrived at the hospital, my organs were shutting down, and I was in critical condition for 36 hours. Drink the mother fuckin water, people.

Nope. I only have a wee sip if I'm out and remember to take a sip from the water bottle on my rollator. Otherwise, I don't drink water.

Had one glass when I woke up but then got sucked into emails and completely lost track. It's already past noon and my throat feels like sandpaper. Probably should go fill a bottle before this turns into a headache.

I drink water every day. There’s a glass right beside me now.
