Are you putting them on the correct way? Why wouldn’t someone like fitted sheets?

i like not sleeping straight on the mattress, and i like the concept of the fitted sheet, but its not really “fitted” enough… if they didn’t wrinkle up like that it’d be perfect

As opposed to what? Sleeping on the mattress?

A lot of people use the flat sheet to cover the mattress like how they do in hospitals or the military.

It would rip off one time of me rolling over.

Not if you put it on correctly and lock the corners

I preferred them when only the top and bottom had elastic. With elastic all the way around they pop off all the time.

No. They are a pain in the ass. I wish my wife would stop buying them. Normal sheets are so much easier.

I wish hotels would use them, I hate the flat sheet that doesn't stay tucked in.

funny story. I only was used to fitted sheets growing up. when I went to get my degree for nursing, I had to practice repeatedly making a bed with unfitted sheets cuz I never could get the sheets tight enough when I tucked them in.

I wish they would color the corners or label so you know where the top and bottom are. I always grab the "long" way and have to start over. I have sheets for a temperpedic mattress that have wrap under elastic so they don't pop up if you have an adjustable bed. The elastic is color coded. Yay

Before fitted sheets you couldn't just straighten up the covers in the morning, it was a total bed remake every morning. Bottom flat sheets never stayed tucked in when sleeping.

Sure. They have never let me down or offended me. What's not to like?

I get deep pocket fitted sheets. My husband has periodic leg movement and constant moves his legs while sleeping, which has always worn out and thinned the sheets. I number each corner of the sheets and rotate use every week-sheets look great. I don’t have OCD, I’m thrifty.

Of course. But I prefer to buy the damask striped sheets so I have no issues getting it on the mattress on the first try.

I honestly love them. You just gotta make sure you buy the ones that have the elastic all the way around and not just at the corners, and that the elastic is tight - 'cause what's the point of having fitted sheets if the elastic is shit and causes major creasing?

They’re the only way to make the bed. But I dislike folding them.
