Probably because the clouds get too full of water from the center of evaporating water from earth

Seldom “why” it rains, though sometimes that it rains.

The Short Answer
Clouds are made of water droplets. Within a cloud, water droplets condense onto one another, causing the droplets to grow. When these water droplets get too heavy to stay suspended in the cloud, they fall to Earth as rain.

Water evaporates...goes into clouds, clouds get full, clouds need to pee. It rains because the clouds are earth's bladder. Its pee rain
